Emogodry

I’ve always been interested in what lives beneath the surface – of people, relationships, ideologies, systems, and even myself.

That curiosity has taken me to and through many different rooms: writing, entrepreneurship, coaching, creative work, corporate life, spirituality, and the ongoing practice of simply being human. For a long time, I thought I needed to make all of those pieces fit neatly together.

I don’t believe in that anymore.

EMOGODRY is where I let them all exist. This is my little corner of the world; It’s more like a home for what I’m thinking about, creating, questioning, learning, and occasionally offering to others. So come on in & stay a lil while.

  • Perhaps the work of being human is not to “arrive” at ourselves…

  • … but to remain willing and deeply curious to meet who we are becoming.

Current currents

Below houses everything that makes me feel alive - from my work, ideas, & creative pathways.

The library

Like any other published writer and philosopher, I write to make sense of being human. My work lives somewhere between lived experience and hypothesis; navigating the exploration of identity, emotion, spirituality, and all those weird, strange, beautiful, complex aspects of being alive.

The Library holds the books I’ve written along the way, so get into it if that’s your jam.

The work

This is where what I believe meets what I do. Through every season of my life, I usually return to the same question: How can what I know, create, and feel impassioned by be of use to someone else?

& that answer has taken many different forms over the years LOL. From supporting people through healing and self-awareness/exploration, to visual storytelling through digital media, to creating intentional skin care, to helping small businesses solve system problems and bring their ideas to life; these are the ways I participate in my community, share what I’ve learned and contribute something meaningful to the world around me. I Show up in a bunch of different forms with a bunch of different tools with the same intention: To leave people, and spaces a little better than I found them.

& lastly……

The well

Bioluminescent light illuminating the water's surface at night.

Throughout history, the well has been a sacred gathering place where communities came to draw water, share stories, exchange wisdom, and witness one another without pretense. Wells were meeting points for truth and connection, places where the inner and outer worlds flowed together. In many ancient traditions, the well symbolized clarity, renewal, introspection, and the deep reflection that only occurs when people come together with honesty and presence.

THE WELL is a modern expression of that ancient ritual.

A communal space where people meet to reflect more honestly, share what they’re learning, and sit with others who are also navigating growth, healing, and relational transformation. It’s not about performance, perfection, or pretending you’ve got it all figured out; it’s about showing up as you are and letting the water of insight, conversation, and collective presence do what it has always done: clear, soften, and reveal.

Inside THE WELL, we explore inner work, relational patterns, emotional maturity, relational intelligence, shadow integration, and the everyday miracles of becoming more whole. It’s a place to be seen without pressure, to listen without judgment, and to reconnect to the deeper truth of who you are and how you relate to others.

THE WELL Newsletter extends this gathering into your email inbox. It’s a monthly offering of reflections, integration prompts, relational wisdom, and grounded spiritual insight. It’s a quiet pause in the noise of everyday life, a written version of the well itself: a space to return to clarity, truth, and inner grounding.

If you feel the pull to sit with us, to learn, to reflect, or simply to not walk your healing alone, you can enter THE WELL by joining the email circle.

This is where all gatherings, updates, and monthly teachings are shared first.

Come where the water is clear, the space is open, and your presence is welcome.
